Shakespeare's Julius Caesar

After many brutal summers, frozen winters, and wagons lost in the woods, the citizens of a small western town called Rome have established themselves on the American wilderness. Though the ripples of the Civil War still ring loudly in their ears, the citizens are ready to move forward. They celebrate their newly christened town by electing their first mayor, a man named Julius Caesar, who fought alongside them in the Civil War, and had led them through the harshest conditions. However, some of the townspeople are concerned about the power that Caesar is wielding and how he may isolate the town from the rest of civilization. A tale of conspiracy, intrigue, and betrayal, we invite you to Arts Garden's production of Julius Caesar, directed by Kati Hoehl!
